My first experience with this brand didn't go too well. I took some time in between and made sure my humidor was perfect, to eliminate storage and humidity problems as much as possible.
The first flavor is a deep, rich sweetness, combined with herbs. Excellent start.
The first third seems to end on a steady grassy note.
I find the draw too tight but manageable. The ash is very firm and the burn slightly crooked but nothing to worry about.
Just when I thought it was getting boring, a strong leathery flavor pops up.
I hate to put down this cigar but it's starting to burn my fingers. A final purge brings out the last nutty sweetness but then it's over and done.
Ash: Very good
