Normally I don't buy cigars this expensive but I was on a weekend break in Mechelen, (Belgium) with my wife so I thought: "Why not?".
In Belgium, cigar stores often sell whisky as well, so I picked up a small sampler of Glendronach 18 yo along with it.

Not drinking that, though, but a Gouden Carolus Classic - you guessed it, also from Mechelen.
The cigar starts off with a very strong cedar taste which quicly makes way for sweet, vegetal flavors.

The ash is so impeccable, I don't want to tap it off. Will probably end in my lap then.

You can't tell looking a a list of observed flavors but they are very pleasurable and refined. I'm not saying it's worth $ 20 but you can definitely tell the difference between this and a $ 5 stick.
