Wrapper: Oily/smooth

For some reason this cigar has a bare foot (no wrapper for about an eighth of an inch).

Consequently, there's not a lot of flavor when you light up this stick. Why would anyone want to ruin first impressions. I don't get it.

After five minutes I finally get to the wrapper and start to get some flavors.
